Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
- Canada & United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Shipping Costs Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100 CAD. Shipping rates for orders below this threshold are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. LumiGlowCo is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
